An easy to prepare sweet dish which is healthy !

  • ½ cup semolina
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 100ml milk
  • 2 table spoon roasted grated coconut
  • 2 cardamom pods
  1. In a hot dry pan add the semolina and ghee, roast it till the grains starts to separate and changes its colour to light brown.
  2. Once its roasted add in the sugar and allow it to melt and integrate with the semolina.
  3. Pour in the milk and continue string.
  4. Add in the coconut and cardamom seeds powder and mix one more time.
  5. Once slightly cooled make it into small balls.
