Grilled chicken with yogurt sauce

- 1½ kg chicken with bone preferably cut into large pieces.
- one handful of tyme leaves
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- ½ tsp meat masala powder
- ½ tsp coriander powder
- ½ tsp coarse black pepper powder
- a pinch of turmeric powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 table spoon oil ( here I've used sunflower oil )
- Mix all the above ingredients and if needed add 2 table spoons of water to help make a paste.
- Marinate the chicken with the paste and set it aside for atleast an hour. Preferably keep it in the fridge.
- When it's time to grill grill in hot oven around 220 C for ~ 30 mts.
- When one side is cooked turn so that other side can be cooked.
