Prawns masala fry

Serves: 4
- 500g (cleaned shrimps/prawns)
- 3 table spoon coconut oil
- 1 garlic finely chopped
- 1 small onion chopped / 5 small shallots chopped
- 4 stems of fresh curry leaves
- ¼ tsp sea salt
- Dry powdered spices :
- ⅛ tsp turmeric powder
- 1 table spoon coriander powder
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- 1 tsp meat masala powder / garam masala powder
- In a hot pan heat oil, add garlic and onion chopped. Saute till it gets soft.
- Add in the curry leaves along with the dry powdered spices and fry for few seconds.
- Add in the shrimps / prawns and salt, mix carefully and spread it in the pan and cook till the prawns change its colour, turning once or twice.
- Once the prawns change its colour switch off the gas and the prawns will carry on cooking further.
