Hummus without tahini sauce

Ingredients
  • 1 can of cooked chickpeas ( I've used ½ cup dry chickpeas, which is soaked in water overnight and cooked)
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • juice of 1 lemon ( do not substitute it with lime juice. It changes the whole flavour)
  • ½ tsp chilli powder ( optional )
  • 2 table spoons olive oil
  • ¼ tsp salt
Instructions
  1. In a blender, add all the ingredients and blend to buttery consistency and enjoy !
