A simple dipping sauce for spring rolls, crepe or of any other dishes.
Preparation time : 5 mts
Serves : 1/2 jam bottle
Ingredients :
- 2 chilli padi
- few pieces of spring onion
- 1 table spoon fish sauce
- 1/2 tsp soy sauce
- 4 table spoon water
- 2 table spoon sugar
- 2 table spoon white vinegar
Method :
- Chop the chilli and spring onion and mix into all other sauces. Mix till the sugar is dissolved. This sauce will stay fresh in the fridge for a week.
