This chutney can be made in 5 mts and can be eaten with dosa , iddli or cooked tapioca (kappa).

Ingredients:

  • Onion – 2 (medium, cut in to big pieces)
  • Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
  • Oil – 3 tsp
  • Salt – 1/4 tsp

Method:

  1.  When the oil is heated add all the ingredients and saute till the onions are soft.

  3. When it cools down slightly blend it to a smooth paste.
