This chutney can be made in 5 mts and can be eaten with dosa , iddli or cooked tapioca (kappa).
Ingredients:
- Onion – 2 (medium, cut in to big pieces)
- Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
- Oil – 3 tsp
- Salt – 1/4 tsp
Method:
- When the oil is heated add all the ingredients and saute till the onions are soft.
- When it cools down slightly blend it to a smooth paste.
