This smoothie is very light and perfect after a long walk. If you want to make it as a breakfast smoothie add 1/2 cup of oatmeal and you are good to go. 🙂 You don’t need to add sugar since banana by itself is sweet.

Ingredients :

  • Banana – 1 (cut into chunks)
  • Strawberries – 1 cup
  • Fresh Milk – 1 cup ( you can use full cream or low fat according to your preference)
  • Vanilla essence – 1 1/2 tsp

Method :

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a blender and blend it smooth. If you’re serving it to kids you can add vanilla ice cream instead of milk to make it creamy and interesting for them. Even adults can have a scoop of ice cream on top the smoothie once in a while ! 🙂
