Prawns masala fry

A dish which can be prepared under half an hour ! Since prawns does not require a lot of cooking it can be prepared really quick. If the prawns are cooked longer than necessary it’ll loose its softness and will have a chewy texture.  That makes the work quite easier !

I usually clean and prep the prawns a day before the actual cooking. Just have to add a pinch of turmeric and chilli powder to the cleaned and deveined prawns and keep in the fridge. If you add salt the moisture in the prawns will loose and it’ll turn rubbery.
