Ingredients :
- Fresh grated coconut – 1/2 cup
- Red dry chilli – 4
- Green chilli – 1
- Small red onion/ shallots – 1
- Ginger – 1/2 ‘
- Curry leaves – 1 stem
- Tamarind / tamarind pulp – 1/2 lime size / 1 tsp
Method :
- Roast red chillies by holding them using thongs and keeping it on the live fire. It takes only a few seconds to roast the chills.
- After roasting add all the ingredients including the roasted chillies to a blender and pulse a few times.
- That’s it ! 🙂
